About this course
Grow It Grades 3 to 5 is a 12-week plant science and gardening course for third to fifth grade. Rocket, Raven and Nova run real investigations with beans and peas: life cycles, how water moves through a plant, how leaves make food from light, pollinators, traits, soil and decomposers, and the garden food web, ending with a garden design challenge. A windowsill is all you need. Every week is free.

- Model a flowering plant's life cycle
- Explain that plants make food from air and water using light
